My name is Elena “Re” Monteith and I’m a Florida Real Estate REALTOR®. For over ten years I have represented buyers and sellers and have also built several speculative luxury homes and investment properties. 


As a Florida native, my extensive knowledge of the local Tampa real estate market, combined with a breadth of experience, allows me to exceed my client’s expectations with the highest level of professionalism, service and discretion.


My ability to develop a marketing strategy exposing a property to the highest possible number of qualified buyers, and to monitor every aspect of the selling process from negotiation through financing, will allow you the maximizing value.

I was born and raised in Fort Lauderdale and currently reside in Lutz. I studied International Affairs at Florida International University and in Delhi, India. I also lived in Berlin, Germany for many years. 


I enjoy volunteering in the ecology field and adventure travel. I also have extensive experience in outdoor land and ocean survival as well as mountaineering. I have tran-sailed the Atlantic, backpacked remote places throughout the word and climbed three of the seven summits. I am also featured as an expert Folklorist on the Science Channel's TV show, “Strange Evidence.” 


I have two adult sons; one is an accountant in Tampa, the other an attorney in St. Petersburg.  My life partner, Jim Ciocia is the founder and chairman of Gilman Ciocia, now National Tax Services, a tax and financial planning firm.
